• Once approved, Taaravi will arrange a free pickup. You may choose an exchange for the same or another saree, or store credit for the full amount paid.
• For change-of-mind requests, exchange or store credit can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• The saree must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with tags, original folds and packaging intact.
• Customised items, cut or stitched blouse pieces, sale or clearance items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We do not offer cash refunds on delivered orders. Approved returns are settled through an exchange or store credit.
• Store credit is valid for 3 months.

• Ready-to-ship dispatch in 2–3 working days.
• Sarees with fall-pico or other add-ons take an extra 3–5 working days.
• Delivery after dispatch: Metro cities 2–4 days, other cities 4–6 days, North-East, J&K, Andaman & Nicobar and remote PIN codes 6–10 days.
• Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
• Cash on delivery on orders up to ₹10,000 at serviceable PIN codes, with a ₹99 COD fee.
• International delivery takes 7–14 working days. Customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
