1. About us
Taaravi celebrates the beauty of Indian handloom through timeless sarees crafted with care. We bring together traditional artistry, beautiful fabrics and contemporary elegance to create sarees made to be cherished. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or be using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products and handloom character
Our sarees are handwoven by artisans. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and small irregularities in weave, motif placement and length are natural to handloom. Product descriptions, fabric and care details are given in good faith.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (where available) through Razorpay. We do not store your card details. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders
An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock, pricing, serviceability or fraud reasons.
6. Shipping, returns, exchange and cancellation
These are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.
7. Care
Most handloom silks and zari sarees need dry cleaning only. Damage from washing against care instructions, perfume, ironing or wear is not covered.
8. Intellectual property
All photographs, designs, text, the Taaravi name and logo belong to Taaravi and may not be copied or used without written permission.
9. Use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it without permission, or post false reviews or unlawful content.
10. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruptions, natural events or strikes.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of [Mumbai], Maharashtra.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the site at the time of your order applies.
